Lost or Delayed Packages

DeCarlo & Bloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping provider directly. We are always happy to assist where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. DeCarlo & Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
