Return Policy

At DeCarlo & Bloom, we hope you love every piece you purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we gladly offer store credit for returns within 3 business days of receiving your online order or of purchase at a pop-up event.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, stains, pet hair, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Handbags

  • Scarves & accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Online Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued via email.

Pop-Up Purchases

Returns from pop-up events are eligible for store credit only within 3 business days of purchase and must meet all return eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@decarloandbloom.com, including photos of the item and its packaging.

DeCarlo & Bloom reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
